24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee based on your service.
This policy is in place out of respect for myself & clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

No Shows

Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid day of the missed appointment.  In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.

Late Guests Policy

I understand that life happens. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call me! 301.893.7171
I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service.  Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled.  Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

Child Safety Policy

For safety and insurance purposes, children (under age 12) are only permitted in the salon when receiving service.  While I do love children, I am unable to ensure their safety while maintaining quality service and a relaxing environment for all guests.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Service Satisfaction

If for whatever reason you're not satisfied with your service (there is a no refund policy) I ask you to please contact me within 3 days of that service. I would like every opportunity to meet, and exceed your expectations; as I do value you as a guest.
